Excellent read with lots of valuable information!

Great resource for managing life on a day to day basis. Author does a wonderful job of relating interesting stories within the therapy setting and offering tools for dealing with anger, learning to forgive, managing loss and other life issues. This book is written for those who wants to improve their relationships and become stronger and more resilient in dealing with transition. I give it 5 stars because the dialogue reads like a novel yet each chapter offers tools, backed by research, that we can all put to use immediately in our every day lives.
