Lead from the Inside Out

One of the keys to effective leadership at the office or home is the ability to manage anxiety, stress, and transitions. Learning to breathe abdominally establishes a powerful foundation for being present, creative, mindful, focused, and internally strengthened. Building this strategy into everyday life transforms the capacity to lead successfully.

Self-Compassion and Happiness
Many women do not realize that there is a difference between self-esteem and self-compassion. Self-compassion means accepting the way we are right now unconditionally; whereas self-esteem means judging the positive and negative feelings that we experience about ourselves. Learn to distinguish between these two ways of viewing the self as you develop strategies in self-hypnosis for optimizing happiness in your personal and professional life.

The Power of Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not just about forgiving other people that have wronged or hurt us, it is also about forgiving ourselves. The problem that most of us have is not knowing how to forgive. “How do I truly let go of past hurts and move forward?” There are specific skills that when practiced regularly can strengthen our capacity to forgive and move forward personally, professionally, and relationally.
