The Vibrant Midlife Method Dates

The course runs for seven consecutive weeks. For the first five weeks, sessions will be on Monday and Wednesday. On each Monday you will receive pre-recorded content that can be viewed at any time--but ideally before Wednesday's live session.

Each Wednesday we will have an hour long LIVE interactive session. Wednesday's session will meet from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST. The LIVE session will meet for seven consecutive weeks. The last 2 weeks will be devoted to putting together your personalized program--a plan specifically for you. The extra two sessions will assure that you will be able to integrate this information into your everyday life.

So...No worries if you can make all of the live sessions as they will all be recorded and available to you anytime after the session. All of the audio recordings of the content that you'll receive on Mondays and all of the LIVE interactive sessions on Wednesday's will be available to you for as long as you wish.

You will also automatically be enrolled in the the closed FaceBook group that will only be available to those who participate in the program. There you will receive additional support and networking opportunities from a community or peers--as well as from me.

You will also receive related handouts and worksheets when relevant.
